Shipping Information

Shipping Policy:

  • *Flat rate shipping excludes Western Australia and Tasmania. WA & TAS residents will be contacted for shipping costs.
  • Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards.
  • We strive to ship our products within 1-3 business days. If an order is placed early in a business day it usually ships out same day.
  • Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
  • We ship via a courier company called Shippit and you will receive shipping updates directly from Shippit with the delivery status of your order. We also dispatch orders via Australia Post and Big Post.
  • If the authority to leave option is not selected and no one is present to receive the delivery, re-deliver fees can occur.

Shipping Damages:

  • All products are inspected before being shipped, but damages may occur during shipping. If the product is received damaged, it must be reported to us within 24 hours. All boxes and packing material must be saved, as it is possible that the shipping company may want to inspect these materials. Upon receiving credit from the carrier, the product will be re-shipped.
  • Of course, if the incorrect product is shipped, or the product is defective, we will correct it, please contact us as soon as possible.
