I just needed to contact you and let you know of the experience my daughter, grandchildren and I had at the farm this morning. It is our first visit and we were “blown away” with the service we received from ANY of the staff we had needed to approach, even the younger employees were faultless with their customer service. The “reindeer” was a huge hit with the children, as was the jumping castle, and my daughter and myself enjoyed getting carried away in the Christmas Barn. Thanks for the wonderful outing. (Yes, we did of course get our tree).

As a bonafide ‘Christmas Tree Virgin’, I was rapt with the service and advice provided when I went to pick our first ever real Christmas tree. With the advice and fact sheet provided, our tree has lasted 4 weeks and shows no signs of slowing down! The shape is beautifully symmetrical and the smell floating throughout the house is beautiful. It will be a shame when it comes time to take it down. We have had so much joy from it. We will be back again next year for certain. Thanks for making our Christmas dream come true.
