TREE TAGGING DAY

INFORMATION ABOUT CHRISTMAS TREE TAGGING AT
DURAL CHRISTMAS TREE FARM

Every year, we have Family Fun Weekend, where you can come and explore the Farm, and reserve your Christmas tree for the season.
This year our tagging weekend will be 15 – 17 November 2025.  BOOKINGS ARE REQUIRED!

Santa will be visiting this weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from 9am to 5pm, enjoy an Ice Cream.

Tickets for every session will be available from 7:00pm on Tuesday, 28 October 2025 until 9:00am on the day prior to the session time (unless the allocation has been exhausted earlier). A waitlist is available for any cancellations. Customers can return their tickets if circumstances change to allow other customers to access the session.

ON THE DAY OF YOUR SESSION

Your ticket allows for arrival within a one (1) hour time slot. You can access the farm 15 minutes prior to your allocated time. For example, a booking of 11:00am to 12:00pm means you can arrive at the farm between 10:45am and 12pm.

There is NO ACCESS TO THE FARM BEFORE 8:45am. Tree Tagging will commence at 9:00am

Find your Christmas Tree before you queue to have it tagged. It is handy to leave a family member by your tree so you can find it again!

All tagged Christmas trees must be paid for in full on the day of tagging. Any changes after tagging may result in an administration fee.  Please note that any unpaid trees will be untagged and made available to other customers. So, once you have tagged your tree, it is IMPORTANT to bring your tagging dockets back to the shed for processing, this will avoid your tree being untagged.

If you don’t attend our tagging weekend, you won’t miss out on a tree.  Our Christmas Tree farm will be open to the public every day from 29 November from 9am to 6pm.  We will have plenty of freshly cut trees from our farms in the local area as well as our usual supply from Victoria daily.  You can come any day to choose your tree and take it home with you on the day.

TREE COLLECTION

After you have reserved your Tree you can pick up your tree any day no bookings are required! – we are open EVERY DAY from 9am to 6pm until 23rd Dec. As once trees are cut, they last about 4 weeks so we just suggest to customers to work backwards from when they would like to take it down to work out the best time to collect their Christmas tree . Also, we tell our customers that if they can come during the week – it’s a little calmer here at the farm than on the weekends!

Trees are only cut once you are at the premises for collection to ensure you receive the freshest tree possible.  However, if you are getting your Christmas tree Snow Flocked we recommend you call us 2-3 days to confirm pick up date (depending on weather, we may need a little more notice) to have your tree ready and dry, for your desired pick up.
